Field Clinical Specialist, Transcatheter Heart Valve(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will work independently to educate and train medical staff on transcatheter heart valve procedures, ensuring they achieve expert proficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training materials, managing case planning, and collaborating with key accounts to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree in related field
• •Minimum 3 years of medical device or clinical experience
• •Valid driver's license
• •Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• •Good written and verbal communication skills
• •Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• •Knowledge of cardiovascular science
• •Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
• •Moderate imaging analysis software skills
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Entrepreneurial spirit with competitive drive

Tasks

• •Work independently in valve crimping and case management
• •Manage pre-case and post-case planning
• •Oversee 3 Mensio management and Therapy Awareness program management
• •Provide education on device handling and implantation techniques
• •Train physicians and hospital staff on technical aspects of products and procedures
• •Conduct one-on-one training sessions and structured education programs
• •Upsell in key strategic accounts with Business Managers
• •Utilize knowledge to help physicians and staff achieve expert proficiency in THV procedures
• •Develop and improve training curriculum and materials based on clinical trial experience
• •Certify centers, physicians, and related staff as per EW SOP
• •Validate software and hardware updates in the field
• •Review clinical support activities and market changes with cross-functional teams
