- Drive business opportunities to increase ESET technology adoption
- Convince customer CISOs of solution value to influence board decisions
- Prepare and conduct technical pre-sales workshops
- Respond to RfX technical documents during tendering processes
- Leverage deployed ESET technology for customer impact
- Ensure customer satisfaction with Global CS Services and Delivery teams
- Perform creative and methodical activities as needed
- Follow instructions from management in line with departmental activities
