Tasks
- Act as primary technical interface for customers
- Support customer engineering teams in evaluating MIPS solutions
- Provide hands-on guidance on processor IP integration
- Guide customers on software toolchains and development environments
- Advise on system architecture considerations
- Drive design-in activities at assigned customers
- Secure design wins for CPU IP licensing
- Support custom silicon programs and solutions
- Assist customers in transitioning from evaluation to implementation
- Help customers understand MIPS’ value proposition
- Explain Open RISC-V architecture flexibility
- Highlight multi-threaded, high-performance compute capabilities
- Promote functional safety-ready solutions
- Support system-level optimization for performance, power, and cost
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues in hardware and software
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams on complex challenges
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Partner with Business Development to create and close opportunities
- Provide technical input to proposals, RFIs, and customer presentations
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback
- Engage with ecosystem partners (software, EDA, design services)
- Participate in customer workshops, demos, and industry events
- Position MIPS solutions within the broader semiconductor ecosystem
