Requirements
- University or university of applied science degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
- Strong FDIR and RAMS background, familiarity with SAVOIR handbook and ECSS standard
- Experience with safety regulation
- Experience with avionics and software for space vehicles
- Meeting leadership and information gathering skills
- Systematic and well-organised work approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and transnational organisation
- Team player with very good German and English knowledge
Tasks
- Define correct FDIR requirements for equipment
- Implement correct FDIR for avionic equipment
- Implement correct FDIR into on-board software
- Conduct Hardware-Software Interaction Analysis (HSIA)
- Monitor software suppliers for RAMS compliance during development
- Identify and mitigate RAMS-related risks
- Conduct RAMS analysis for space vehicle systems
- Assess RAMS performance
