Requirements

  • Completed degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or comparable training with initial professional experience
  • Initial practical experience in hotel or gastronomy advantageous
  • Passion for food, beverage, and upscale hospitality
  • Strong service and host mentality
  • Structured, organized, and self-reliant work approach
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and professional demeanor
  • High commitment and flexibility in daily hotel operations
  • Very good German and good English skills, interest in personal development and leadership responsibility

Tasks

  • Support operational teams in daily hotel and F&B operations
  • Contribute to the opening and setup of Estrel Towers' gastronomic areas
  • Ensure a high-quality guest and service experience
  • Participate in various F&B outlets and event spaces
  • Analyze and optimize service and work processes
  • Assist with inventories, forecasts, and KPI evaluations
  • Participate in events, special events, and VIP guest care
  • Collaborate closely with various interface areas
  • Gradually take on initial leadership responsibilities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Native
  • English – Business Fluent
