- Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 3+ years experience in similar role, fashion/high-street brand preferred
- Strong understanding of menswear design, trends, textiles, fits, product development
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Excellent communication, collaboration, cross-functional ability
- Fluent English
- German and additional languages (plus)
