- Configure and troubleshoot factory systems for audio, video, and networks

- Maintain and support inventory for factory project commissioning
- Commission and troubleshoot customer projects onsite or remotely
- Collaborate closely with internal and external professional services teams
- Create internal and customer-facing technical documentation
- Deliver global system solutions for high-quality media production
