- •Experience with CAD/BIM tools is an advantage
- •Very good command of English and accustomed to working in an international environment
- •Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style

- •Define and develop global standards for buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems
- •Ensure safety, compliance, and fire protection according to FM Global requirements, ISO standards, and local regulations
- •Provide technical review and support for investment, conversion, and renovation projects
- •Conduct building and asset audits, as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
- •Support sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
- •Analyze and optimize infrastructure and service costs, including energy, space, and services
