As the primary on-site contact in Frankfurt, you will oversee facility operations by managing vendors, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining safety protocols to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• •5-10 years of Facility Management, Hoteling or Hospitality experience
• •Excellent people skills and client interaction
• •Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
• •Knowledge of specialized service vendor management
• •Fluent German and English skills
• •Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• •Strong IT skills
• •Ability to handle stressful situations
