Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in EU School or University
  • Studying relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • Enjoys receiving and taking responsibility; works independently
  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
  • Dexterity skills
  • Love of responsibility; handles stressful peak periods
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Hard working, responsible, and a “let’s do this!” mentality
  • Must be studying within the EU

Tasks

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Check in guests efficiently
  • Serve a variety of local dishes
  • Brew coffee and mix signature cocktails
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas
  • Assist guests with facility requests
  • Cross-sell TSH products to guests
  • Ensure a memorable guest experience

  • Currently in higher education
