- Willingness to undergo personal security clearance
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy laws
- Prior experience in pre-sales
- Certification of the hyperscaler AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in Service delivery and ITSM
- Experience in SAP system operations and management
- Experience working with regulated industries
Tasks
- Orchestrate hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Translate customer needs into Sovereign cloud strategies
- Present Sovereign Cloud offerings and technical details
- Communicate managed service offerings to customers and stakeholders
- Articulate the technical and value proposition for private cloud on platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and SCI
- Conduct customer assessment workshops to define cloud roadmaps
- Enable customers to understand Sovereign cloud principles and operational aspects
- Plan migration roadmaps with partners and system integrators
- Advise on non-functional capabilities such as Business Continuity, Security, and Compliance
- Lead technical discussions with customers and coordinate internally
- Provide ongoing deal support as a trusted advisor
- Facilitate handover to delivery for deployment and provisioning
