In this role, you will shape the Own Brands assortment by collaborating with country teams, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting new products, managing workshops, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance market share.

Requirements

• •Degree in economics, business administration, or related field
• •Proven professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within retail or consumer electronics sector
• •Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations
• •Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at strategic and operational levels
• •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent organizational abilities
• •Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• •International work experience is an advantage
• •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

Tasks

• •Define and propose Own Brands assortment for assigned categories
• •Align assortment with country category teams for local market relevance
• •Present new products and promotions to country teams
• •Oversee implementation of assortment changes in local markets
• •Monitor sales performance and price positioning of articles
• •Take corrective actions to optimize sales results
• •Provide and update assortment information for demand planning
• •Review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories
• •Analyze market trends and assess market dynamics using KPIs
• •Evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
• •Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps
• •Collaborate with country teams and Imtron Product Management
• •Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models
• •Organize and coordinate category and country workshops
• •Represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings
• •Support setup and rollout of international category-focused projects
• •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries
