Requirements
- Proven track record leading small to medium projects
- Project experience in technology or process change
- Direct experience in Customer Care environment
- Exposure to Quality Assurance, Operations, or Process Improvement
- Solid understanding of Quality Management principles
- Practical application of Six Sigma or Lean
- Experience managing operational implementation of complex tools
- Experience managing governance of complex systems
- Experience in AI/Automation context
- Understanding of AI tooling limitations
- Understanding of AI impact on governance
- Strong analytical ability
- Translate operational data into plans
- Translate AI metrics into plans
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Explain operational impact to leadership
- Explain operational impact to frontline teams
Tasks
- Lead operational planning and rollout of AI-powered quality tools
- Manage post-implementation governance of AI-powered quality tools
- Develop governance structure for AI-driven quality decisions
- Ensure fairness and compliance with internal standards
- Define and monitor operational KPIs for quality tooling
- Track tooling adoption, accuracy, and impact on service quality
- Report findings and drive corrective action plans
- Act as operational liaison with the Product/Tech team
- Define operational requirements for quality tools
- Align on the quality tool roadmap
- Provide feedback on tool performance
- Advocate for necessary functional changes to tools
- Create change management programs for quality tools
- Manage training programs for quality tool usage
- Deliver documentation for quality tool interpretation
- Drive internal calibration processes for tool outputs
- Conduct audits to validate tool outputs against human standards
