- Several years of professional experience in cross-functional project management (international company or consulting)
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management
- Expertise in building trusted relationships
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Technological know-how
- Confident handling of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Dynamic personality
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
- Business-fluent German

Tasks
- Support national and international M&A projects
- Conduct technical due diligence
- Evaluate integration criteria
- Define target operating model
- Develop integration strategies
- Lead cross-functional post-merger integration project team
- Implement integration strategy operationally
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on M&A and PMI projects
- Develop and implement PMI concepts, methods, and tools
- Establish tracking and reporting structures for PMI process
- Coordinate tracking and reporting with management
