Requirements
- •Commercial or tax law training, further training in wages and salaries, or comparable experience
- •At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in payroll accounting
- •In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining law, social security, labor, and income tax law
- •Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- •Careful and structured approach to work with a high degree of accuracy
- •Strong communication skills, team orientation, and flexibility
- •High organizational skills and quick comprehension
- •Empathy and service-oriented approach
- •Fluent German and good written and spoken English

- •Record and check payroll accounting in KDV
- •Post salaries in SAP
- •Ensure proper salary payments and social security contributions
- •Develop the payroll system in line with legal changes
- •Assist with employee secondments and related correspondence
- •Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for HR
- •Support audits for social security and taxes
- •Advise employees and managers on salary and contract issues
- •Provide guidance on social security and collective bargaining agreements
- •Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR system data
- •Administer company pension plans and direct insurance policies
- •Report data for pension plans and insurance policies
- •Maintain the time recording system and check bookings
- •Prepare evaluations, including ad hoc reports
