- Existing network within TRATON GROUP and Volkswagen Group (plus)
- Experience in matrix structure and cross-brand environment (plus)
- Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- Swedish or Portuguese skills (plus)
Tasks
- Develop and manage Digital HR Eco System governance
- Drive self-steered digitalization strategy development
- Manage groupwide HR digitalization projects
- Handle new demands, change requests, and software releases
- Align digitalization portfolio with stakeholder needs
- Ensure operational availability of Digital HR Eco System
- Establish excellent test logic and management
- Create efficient test cases
