Tasks

- Temporarily assume PMO role for cross-channel projects.
- Prepare business cases and manage corresponding roadmaps.
- Create presentations and documents for various stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate innovative service providers and technologies.
- Prepare decision-making documents to improve business processes.
- Establish and evaluate KPIs and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with national and international departments for initiative implementation.
