Description

As an Experienced Project Manager, you will oversee projects from design to delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused. Your role involves collaborating with engineers, analyzing performance, and continuously improving project management practices.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher degree in engineering
• •5+ years of experience in Aerospace industry, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
• •5+ years of experience in program or project management
• •3 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Expertise with Microsoft suite of products
• •Principled, reliable professional valuing integrity, safety, and accountability
• •Comfortable with variable work statement and flexible to support meetings across time zones

Tasks

• •Lead and manage projects through the engineering lifecycle
• •Create and maintain integrated project schedules
• •Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements
• •Track project progress and resolve issues
• •Analyze project performance, risks, and opportunities
• •Provide updates and recommendations for decision-making
• •Enhance tools, processes, and best practices for project management
