Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Financial Consulting or Banking Industry
  • •Strong understanding of prudential requirements for banks
  • •Post-graduate Risk, Finance or Quantitative qualification
  • •Proficiency in Excel; nice-to-have: R, Python
  • •Consulting background highly preferable
  • •Commercial mindset and ability to develop client relationships
  • •Fluent in German and English
  • •Openness to travel, mainly within Germany/Austria

  • •Participate in challenging projects with financial institutions
  • •Contribute to marketing efforts and relationship management
  • •Support the development of commercial proposals
  • •Apply subject matter expertise in ICAAP and ILAAP
  • •Manage capital and liquidity planning
  • •Develop risk appetite and risk strategy frameworks
  • •Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis
  • •Optimize regulatory and economic capital
  • •Assist in recovery and resolution planning
  • •Oversee balance sheet and financial resource management
  • •Manage credit portfolio and profitability optimization
  • •Implement funds transfer pricing and asset liability management
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory liquidity ratios
  • •Present findings to senior and non-technical stakeholders
  • •Deliver high-priority projects under pressure
  • •Guide junior team members in project execution
  • •Support business development initiatives
  • •Deliver innovative solutions to complex tasks
