- •Provide administrative support for the Management Board
- •Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
- •Prepare and send meeting materials and agendas
- •Create presentation decks and memos as requested
- •Support regulatory board and committees with minutes and agendas
- •Act as board secretary for the Supervisory Board
- •Align regulatory communication with FMA, OeNB, and auditors
- •Coordinate bank-wide strategic and operational projects
- •Follow up on project status and stakeholder alignment
- •Prepare, review, and edit presentations and reports
- •Draft internal and external communications and briefings
- •Assist with compliance regarding Austrian and European banking regulations
- •Coordinate regulatory reporting and submissions
- •Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management teams
- •Prepare documentation for external audits and supervisory reviews
- •Organize All Hands, Town Halls, and team events
- •Partner with other Executive Assistants to improve efficiency
- •Liaise with regulatory bodies, associations, and auditors
