- Optimize financial, operational, and compliance programs
- Enhance organizational effectiveness and process efficiency
- Deliver multiple projects across the organization
- Coordinate processes and interfaces within and outside Executive Protection
- Drive operational excellence and quality assurance
- Manage tactical and operational aspects of the business
- Engage with Board members and their offices
- Plan and coordinate personal protection at various locations
- Recommend and install security equipment
- Conduct risk assessments for Board members and their families
- Perform pre-travel threat analyses and security assessments
- Plan safe itineraries with primary and alternative routes
- Review emergency rendezvous points
- Coordinate with local authorities, security services, and embassies
- Ensure transportation safety using armored or unarmored vehicles
- Develop safe transfer routes considering traffic and hazards
- Conduct security checks and advance venue visits
- Collaborate with event managers and on-site security
- Identify potential dangers at events with high-level personalities
- Implement emergency plans and evacuation strategies
- Protect Board members during meetings and public appearances
- Monitor and safeguard personal security discreetly
