Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced degrees (MSc, PhD, MBA) desirable
- Extensive Quality Assurance experience
- Extensive GxP compliance experience
- Extensive manufacturing operations experience (pharmaceutical)
- Proven track record managing global manufacturing networks
- Proven track record leading large-scale strategic initiatives
- Significant experience steering external manufacturing networks
- Experience managing external manufacturing partnerships
- Experience ensuring compliance across diverse modalities
- Demonstrated success preparing commercial product launches (QA perspective)
- Demonstrated success executing commercial product launches (QA perspective)
- Familiarity with international regulatory landscapes
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations (China, Singapore, Europe, USA)
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams (diverse regions/modalities)
- Direct disciplinary team management
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage escalations
- Ability to drive effective remediation strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Tasks
- Oversee GxP-compliant manufacturing operations globally
- Align operations with clinical and commercial objectives
- Drive strategic and tactical changes across the network
- Manage escalations and remediation activities
- Represent Quality Assurance in critical decision-making forums
- Ensure site-specific compliance with regional and global standards
- Prepare for internal and external manufacturing decision forums
- Lead a team of Site Quality Heads and Quality Assurance professionals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Equip the team with necessary skills and resources
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance
