Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) highly desirable
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, GxP compliance, and manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience in steering external manufacturing networks
- Demonstrated success in preparing and executing commercial product launches from a Quality Assurance perspective
- Familiarity with international regulatory landscapes and manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tasks
- Provide strategic leadership for GxP-compliant global manufacturing operations
- Drive changes across sites while ensuring quality health and compliance
- Guide escalation and remediation activities within the manufacturing network
- Lead site-specific compliance to meet regional and global standards
- Represent Quality Assurance in key internal and external decision forums
- Prepare for forums to contribute effectively to strategic decision-making
- Lead a team of Site Quality Heads and Quality Assurance professionals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Equip the team with necessary skills and resources for continuous improvement
