Requirements
- •Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, MPH, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Pharmacoeconomics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related discipline
- •Extensive HEOR experience (15+ years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/consulting settings with significant leadership exposure
- •Demonstrated expertise in health economic modeling, RWE study design, outcomes research methodologies, and HTA submission experience
- •Strong scientific credibility, strategic vision, and ability to influence cross-functional and external stakeholders
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience presenting at scientific and payer forums
- •Demonstrated ability to drive success through cross-functional team leadership and team motivation

- •Define and drive HEOR strategy across Europe
- •Lead product lifecycle planning and value evidence generation
- •Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies
- •Prepare JCA and dossier development
- •Engage with HTA and prepare for submissions
- •Participate in the Integrated Evidence Plan process
- •Lead development of health economic models
- •Conduct real-world evidence and burden-of-disease assessments
- •Oversee outcomes research programs for regulatory filings
- •Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams
- •Ensure HEOR insights inform product lifecycle decisions
- •Represent the company in scientific and payer forums
- •Engage with key opinion leaders and HTA bodies
- •Develop and lead an EU-based HEOR team
- •Manage external collaborators and vendors for HEOR projects
- •Communicate HEOR strategy and research outcomes to stakeholders
