Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or system evolution roles
  • Relevant certifications such as IBM Spectrum Scale, Ceph Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, OpenStack Administrator, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, VMware VCP, or Cisco Data Center certification
  • Ability to work effectively in English and some knowledge of French
  • Strong background in enterprise infrastructure engineering
  • Expertise with software-defined storage technologies such as IBM Spectrum Scale and Ceph
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and OpenStack environments
  • Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent tools
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization and capacity management
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, vRealize, or Splunk
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Develop and deliver the roadmap for evolving compute, virtualization, and container platforms
  • Lead the design and enhancement of enterprise storage platforms like IBM Spectrum Scale and Ceph
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and automation pipelines using Ansible or Terraform
  • Connect and manage on-premises, virtualized, and cloud-native systems
  • Monitor, analyze, and fine-tune infrastructure performance
  • Forecast capacity requirements to support future growth and stability
  • Operate and improve monitoring and telemetry systems for proactive issue detection
  • Produce clear technical documentation, change records, and migration guides
  • Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and network teams to align infrastructure initiatives
