Requirements

• •Enrolled student in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or comparable field
• •Desirable initial experience in event management or organization
• •Strong organizational skills and structured approach
• •Strong communication skills, teamwork, and creativity
• •Fluent written and spoken German and English
• •Proficiency in MS Office and event tools
• •Proactive and solution-oriented working style

Tasks

• •Support the organization of proprietary events and trade fairs
• •Create project plans and planning presentations
• •Build registration websites and manage invitations in Cvent
• •Report on event registrations and post-event data
• •Communicate with service providers, venues, and caterers
• •Develop merchandise ideas and manage inventory
• •Process invoices and track regional budgets
• •Analyze event feedback and assist with event taxation
• •Contribute creative ideas for new event formats
