Requirements

Tasks

  • Lead a diverse calendar of events including scientific conferences, business summits, and campus celebrations
  • Manage events for students, faculty, staff, partners, media, and the broader Constructor community
  • Translate the annual event plan into detailed proposals and strategies
  • Develop event concepts tailored to different audiences, from scientific symposiums to student festivals
  • Execute events from start to finish, handling venue selection, AV, signage, catering, and on-site staffing
  • Identify, secure, and host speakers, panellists, special guests, and VIPs
  • Manage the full guest journey, from invitation to follow-up
  • Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers for production, catering, AV, and design
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track spend
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR on event promotion, content, and media engagement
  • Work with academic departments, executives, and student affairs on various events
  • Define and track KPIs for each event, gather feedback, and report results
  • Continuously improve events based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Generate and implement new event ideas and production approaches
