Tasks
- Consult internal sales teams for best execution guidance
- Support Distribution with liquidity analytics and client education
- Ensure structured reporting on flows and spreads for Distribution and management
- Monitor Authorized Participants and Market Makers setup
- Maintain relationships with exchanges
- Act as primary contact between AllianzGI and third-party providers
- Participate in market monitoring and iNAV oversight
- Conduct PCF/NAV checks
- Oversee daily trading health by monitoring bid-ask spreads and volumes
- Identify and resolve execution issues and pricing discrepancies using intraday tools
- Facilitate creation and redemption processes
- Oversee seed capital investing for new fund launches
- Build and shape the Capital Markets function for Active ETFs
- Support the establishment of a scalable and integrated Capital Markets capability
- Take ownership of Capital Markets activities for Active ETFs
- Develop internal processes and documentation for Capital Markets
- Support the transition to an in-house operating model
