- Familiarity with emerging sustainability regulations
- Familiarity with value chain due diligence requirements
- Familiarity with CSDDD
- Strong understanding of internal controls
- Strong understanding of data governance
- Strong understanding of audit or assurance readiness for non-financial reporting
- Experience supporting external sustainability disclosures
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting in a global organization
- Experience with reporting systems, data management tools, or technology implementations
Tasks
- Monitor global sustainability regulatory requirements
- Design and develop external sustainability reports
- Publish external sustainability regulatory and disclosure reports
- Translate evolving regulatory frameworks into operational data and controls
- Build and manage project plans and timelines
- Develop communication strategies for regulatory disclosures
- Partner with IT for sustainability data management solutions
- Strengthen governance and internal control frameworks for non-financial reporting
- Coordinate external assurance readiness activities
- Drive alignment on regulatory compliance with cross-functional teams
- Integrate RBA-related policies into business unit management systems
- Develop scalable processes to meet regulatory and customer requirements
- Establish due diligence processes for CSDDD, EUDR, and EUBR compliance
- Influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- Support the vision and development of the Sustainability Reporting virtual plant
- Assess applicability of evolving regulations to company operations
- Collaborate on the design and publication of external sustainability reports
- Develop reporting outputs for specific regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely identification and interpretation of mandatory disclosure requirements
