- •Understanding of SAP landscape and modules
- •Experience in regulated Life Science environments
- •Experience as Deployment Lead or Program Manager
- •Knowledge of SAP Activate and agile
- •Strong transversal leadership skills
- •Coaching mindset for IT resource onboarding

- •Co-lead the SAP S/4HANA template deployment
- •Ensure compliance with Life Science regulatory standards
- •Act as the regional ERP delivery lead
- •Collaborate with global teams and local stakeholders
- •Mobilize and onboard local ERP resources
- •Establish delivery structures aligned with global governance
- •Manage data migration readiness and validation
- •Coordinate technical designs for integrations and extensions
- •Lead ERP testing and cutover execution
- •Provide post-deployment hypercare and system stabilization
