Requirements
- 3+ years relevant equity compensation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or related field
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience handling large data sets
- Advanced data modeling and regression building
- Google Sheets or Excel proficiency
- High accuracy in data calculations
- Proven track record of equity compensation program administration
- Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Tasks
- Administer global equity incentive plans daily
- Maintain equity data integrity
- Ensure compliance with international tax and securities laws
- Provide high-touch support for employee equity awards
- Support end-to-end quarterly grant cycles
- Act as power user for equity compensation platform
- Ensure data bridge integrity between Workday and Payroll
- Execute monthly and quarterly vesting events
- Process 'sell-to-cover' transactions for tax withholding
- Research and track equity commitments for budgeting
- Support annual budgeting within adaptive insights
- Build automated equity compensation dashboards
- Provide leadership with real-time insights
- Conduct internal 'Pay Equity' reviews
- Ensure fair equity distribution across demographics
- Coordinate with auditors for SOX compliance
- Work with Payroll on tax withholding and reporting
- Manage relationships with external equity vendors
- Partner with Finance and Legal on reconciliations
- Partner with Finance and Legal on accruals
- Partner with Finance and Legal on data validation
- Partner with Finance and Legal on reporting
- Prepare data for EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Ensure equity programs adhere to local securities laws
- Maintain documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Identify operational process improvements
- Identify automation and AI opportunities
- Act as primary contact for employee equity inquiries
- Create user-friendly guides for employees
- Develop training for eligible employees
- Help employees understand equity grant value
- Help employees understand the equity program
