Requirements

  • Experience as Mechatronics Engineer or Betriebsmechaniker
  • Hands-on skills in workshop fabrication
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams
  • Knowledge of ATEX regulations and hazardous chemical handling
  • EFZ or equivalent in Systems Engineering/Automatiker
  • 2+ years maintaining equipment in semiconductor, optics, or sensors fabs
  • Strong IT/networking for equipment controls
  • Fluency in German or English

Tasks

  • Maintain and optimize wet chemical etch and lithography tools
  • Lead troubleshooting and repairs on complex systems
  • Plan preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory
  • Implement upgrades to enhance tool performance and process yields
  • Collaborate with process engineers, R&D, and facilities teams
  • Develop technical documentation and leverage MES systems
  • Contribute improvement ideas through investments and innovations
  • Provide on-call support every two months for critical situations
  • Uphold HSE standards to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace
