Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

- Proof of ASML PAS5500 Maintenance Training Level 1+2

Tasks
- Maintain machine availability and perform repairs
- Define and execute preventive maintenance actions and intervals
- Process line yield and address equipment maintenance issues
- Maintain and control machine-specific master data in SAP
- Maintain and control statistical machine data for SPC and APC
- Initiate and manage KVP/OEE measures for performance improvement and cost savings
- Oversee spare parts logistics, including consumption and cost reporting
- Participate in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes
- Assist in the planning and installation of new equipment
- Organize and implement training measures for service employees
- Create and maintain machine-specific training content and maintenance instructions
- Moderate and collaborate in project and working groups
