- Recognized Health and Safety certification (SiFa)
- Advantageous experience with EHS Management Systems
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in diverse, fast-paced environments

- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Tasks
- Develop and implement EHS policies
- Create EHS programs and training
- Lead incident investigations with management
- Deploy and evaluate corrective actions
- Develop field service engineering safety programs
- Conduct safety observations during customer visits
- Audit EHS management systems and compliance
- Complete required environmental and regulatory reports
- Provide expert EHS guidance to locations
- Analyze EHS performance metrics and trends
- Report safety findings to site management
- Support teams with department risk assessments
- Develop and update operating procedures
- Execute proactive safety tours and inspections
- Support site-specific ESG initiatives
- Monitor and report on regulatory trends
- Collaborate with regional managers on corporate programs
