As an Entrepreneur in Residence intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, working on exciting projects while learning about entrepreneurship. You will receive mentorship, attend exclusive talks, and develop essential skills in project management and fundraising.

Requirements

• •Pursuing bachelor's degree
• •Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• •Proactivity and goal orientation
• •Strategic mindset and strong analytical thinking
• •Passion for start-ups and innovation
• •Experience in start-up, VC, or consulting environment (optional)
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Great communication skills (written & spoken)
• •Business school student with tech background
• •Prior internships/work experience in fast-paced environment
• •High motivation to build a start-up
• •Hands-on mentality and willingness to go the extra mile
• •Critical thinking skills
• •First-hand software engineering experience

Tasks

• •Work closely with the management and venture development team
• •Rotate between departments such as tech, finance, and marketing
• •Participate in hands-on projects that excite you
• •Learn about entrepreneurship through practical experience
• •Receive mentorship from a leadership team member
• •Attend exclusive talks from top EU founders
• •Engage in a full-day coaching session on fundraising
• •Write pitch decks and develop fundraising strategies
• •Manage various important projects with multiple stakeholders
• •Implement and improve operational processes across the organization
• •Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making
• •Support teams in their daily tasks and projects
