- Experience executing account-based marketing strategies
- Deep HubSpot expertise and automation
- Experience with LinkedIn campaign tools
- Experience designing advanced segmentation strategies
- Experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
Tasks
- Identify and prioritize strategic enterprise accounts
- Execute account-based strategies across various tiers
- Design and run personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Create tailored messaging for different personas
- Develop messaging for specific buying stages
- Conduct structured qualification calls
- Uncover business initiatives and challenges
- Assess Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit
- Define and uphold MQL and SAL criteria
- Document qualification insights for sales handovers
- Track lead progression and pipeline quality
- Maintain CRM hygiene, tracking, and attribution
- Support participation in relevant industry events
- Analyze outbound motion to refine strategies
- Report to the Founding Account Executive and CEO
