- •Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field
- •Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture Management
- •Curiosity and holistic understanding of business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture
- •Ability to simplify complexity and communicate architectural concepts clearly
- •Proven experience leading or contributing to complex IT initiatives
- •Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills

- •Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) practice
- •Establish architecture governance and KPIs
- •Report regularly to technology leadership
- •Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture principles and guidelines
- •Cover business, application, data, and infrastructure layers
- •Advise senior management on architectural and technology strategy decisions
- •Develop a future-oriented enterprise architecture roadmap
- •Align with FSC’s corporate and IT strategy
- •Translate strategic business requirements into scalable architectural patterns
- •Reduce fragmentation and drive automation and re-usability
- •Own and validate architecture blueprints across various domains
- •Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for platform evolution
- •Assess architectural maturity and propose improvement initiatives
- •Ensure compliance across internal and external teams
- •Represent the architecture function in cross-functional groups
