- Own Enterprise Architecture policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Define Enterprise Architecture roles and responsibilities.
- Report to senior management on Enterprise Architecture.
- Establish the Architecture Community of Practice.
- Lead the Architecture Community of Practice.
- Facilitate professional exchange among architects.
- Ensure cohesive and aligned architectural practices.
- Ensure cohesive and aligned architectural solutions.
- Drive application and technology simplification.
- Secure buy-in from business functions for simplification.
- Provide transparent benefit reports.
- Own and manage Allianz Global Investors’ Information Domain.
- Ensure Information Domain compliance with DORA requirements.
- Assist in managing Allianz Group Standards alignment.
