Requirements
- Good knowledge of industrial conglomerates
- Academic degree in economics or similar field
- 7+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions
- Strong business acumen and engagement with senior executives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation
- Understanding of IT requirements in regulated finance environments
- Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio for customer solutions
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive pipeline and sales
- Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex environments
- Business fluency in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Accountability, active learning, active listening, assertiveness, creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and industry knowledge
Tasks
- Align customer KPIs with HPE’s solutions
- Develop and execute growth plans for HPE’s portfolio
- Identify and lead high-value opportunities in aaS business
- Manage pipeline activities and close complex deals
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Manage and evolve the partner ecosystem within accounts
- Stay current on IT trends and advise customers
- Mentor internal teams on technology solutions
- Lead and empower the extended account team
- Collaborate across HPE to enhance customer experience
- Own and execute a comprehensive account business plan
