Requirements

  • •Background in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or similar
  • •Strong technical expertise in WTG design, manufacturing, and installation processes
  • •Project management experience in the offshore wind industry with a focus on Wind Turbine Generators
  • •Excellent negotiation, communication, and independent work style
  • •Fluency in English, proficiency in German a plus
  • •Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • •Skills in WTG Engineering, Wind Offshore, Renewables, Project management, MS Office, English, German

Tasks

  • •Take ownership of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package
  • •Evaluate and select suitable WTG manufacturers and models
  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering activities for WTGs
  • •Support tenders and contract negotiations with OEMs
  • •Coordinate technical interfaces with project development, procurement, and construction teams
  • •Monitor quality, safety, and performance requirements
  • •Provide technical support during construction and commissioning of wind farms
  • •Analyze and evaluate yield assessments and performance data
