Tasks
- Lead a squad of 4 Fullstack Engineers
- Mentor and develop engineering talent
- Set performance frameworks and build an inclusive team
- Oversee technical direction and elevate technical quality
- Ensure long-term stability, performance, and scalability of the web platform
- Lead the CMS migration to improve marketing agility and content delivery
- Build a measurable engineering organization using metrics like DORA
- Guide improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Platform teams
- Enhance product impact and delivery predictability
- Contribute to product roadmaps
- Present early engineering strategies aligned with the Acquisition Mission
