Tasks

  • •Collaborate with the engineering management team
  • •Coach direct reports through regular feedback
  • •Refine product and technical roadmaps
  • •Coordinate internal feature requests and requirements
  • •Assess technical feasibility of new requests
  • •Monitor software delivery in agile environments
  • •Recruit and attract new engineering talent
  • •Shape individual growth paths for employees
