- Translate product goals into prioritized engineering work
- Collaborate with Data Science on experiments and A/B tests
- Measure relevance improvements using MRR, NDCG, and click-through rates
- Align squad activities with business objectives and user value
- Ensure technical improvements translate into measurable customer impact
