- Scope work and allocate resources effectively
- Set and track milestones
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth execution
- Improve engineering processes continuously
- Leverage AI tools and workflows for efficiency
- Monitor and track key metrics
- Detect issues early using data
- Maintain team and SDK health
- Communicate clearly with leadership and partners
- Align with product and engineering teams
- Navigate difficult conversations with candor and care
