  • •Strength in People Management and inspiring a shared vision

  • •Support engineers in their growth and development
  • •Foster collaboration across feature teams
  • •Ensure delivery of high-quality mobile experiences
  • •Manage career development and performance reviews
  • •Oversee compensation and coaching for team members
  • •Ensure engineers are healthy and growing in skills
  • •Maintain quality and reliability of iOS and Android platforms
  • •Define and uphold platform standards and best practices
  • •Collaborate with Mobile Staff Engineers on technical strategy
  • •Drive architectural evolution and core improvements
  • •Support long-term engineering initiatives across multiple scopes
  • •Manage the release pipeline for the platform
  • •Work with QAs to integrate and test feature branches
  • •Define and improve platform technical and operational KPIs
