  • •Foster team growth through personalized 1-on-1s and performance evaluations
  • •Develop career plans for team members
  • •Oversee cross-team projects with R&D, Backend, Infrastructure, QA, and Product
  • •Ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams
  • •Align engineering efforts with business objectives and Proton’s security mission
