- Guide the team through AI-integrated search shift.
- Optimize technical infrastructure for current SEO.
- Optimize technical infrastructure for future AI-agent ecosystems.
- Ensure content scaling.
- Ensure structured data.
- Ensure machine readability.
- Prioritize lean, efficient execution.
- Focus on rapid iteration.
- Focus on measurable success of acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Brand teams.
- Ensure technically sound scaling efforts (DACH region).
- Ensure data-driven scaling efforts (DACH region).
- Identify talent through targeted coaching.
- Promote talent through targeted coaching.
- Ensure team growth aligns with department vision.
- Ensure high-performance standards align with department vision.
- Report directly to the Director of Technology.
- Participate in the design of Tech.
