Tasks
- Lead the global engineering rotational program
- Manage recruitment and interview processes
- Conduct 1:1 development sessions and performance reviews
- Facilitate individual development plans and role placements
- Partner with universities and student organizations
- Select and coach assignment managers
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participant experience
- Identify impactful projects with business and talent teams
- Deliver virtual and classroom learning sessions
- Manage formal mentorship and sponsorship programs
- Track participant progress and competency development
- Align best practices with global program leaders
- Develop tailored engineering learning and development curricula
- Coordinate rotation transitions and graduation ceremonies
- Oversee intern conversion into full-time roles
- Host weekly community-building roundtables
- Provide insights for organizational talent reviews
- Support career development for program alumni
- Improve onboarding and training based on feedback
- Track and present program KPIs to leadership
