- •Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Subsea Engineering, or related technical field
- •7–10 years of experience in subsea cable engineering and manufacturing
- •Experience with international cable suppliers and manufacturing management
- •Knowledge of offshore cable design and standards
- •Experience with cable qualification and FAT procedures
- •Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Familiarity with interface management and risk tracking
- •Structured and task‑oriented approach
- •Fluency in English
- •Willingness to travel to supplier sites

Tasks
- •Lead engineering and fabrication for cable systems
- •Ensure alignment with technical standards and contracts
- •Manage interfaces between internal teams and suppliers
- •Coordinate with contract managers, certifiers, and QA
- •Oversee design documentation and qualification activities
- •Manage FAT and SAT procedures for compliance
- •Monitor fabrication schedules and supplier performance
- •Resolve production deviations and risks proactively
- •Approve technical documents and manufacturing plans
- •Ensure robust quality and material traceability
- •Coordinate handover readiness for transport and installation
