Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or corresponding education
  • Knowledge in ATE test programming (Teradyne and/or Advantest testers)
  • Test automation programming skills
  • Fluent English communication (C1) and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in non-volatile memory testing and test data

Tasks

  • Create silicon validation concepts
  • Influence silicon test architecture (Design For Test)
  • Implement test hardware and software
  • Execute validation and characterization tests
  • Interpret test results
  • Document test results
  • Perform technical writing
  • Engage in project work
  • Assume project leadership
  • Support validation projects for multiple customers
